Alzheimer Europe has taken a grounded and worthwhile approach to ethics and dementia – which is complex and nuanced but of critical importance – for some time.
This report (and the previous versions), are available to download for a small price. This specific report takes the next step forward and includes case studies on the practical implications of some of the ethical issues. It is all a bit neat, clean and middle-class but it is still the best we have for now. The NewOld want to push this much further forward into the darker areas where ethics, rights and justice really come together.
